Accommodations:
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Courtyard Marriott hotel near the Health Science Center for a special UTHSCSA rate. Room rates are $85 + tax for either single or double occupancy rooms (single king sized or 2 queen sized beds, plus pull-out sofa sleeps 2). To reserve a room at this reduced rate, please mention the UTHSCSA UltraScan Workshop and make your reservation on or before April 11th!.
Note to visitors from a Texas Institution: Please bring your tax exempt card to waive state taxes to be charged on the room

Transportation:
Transportation from the hotel to and from the workshop will be provided before the workshop and after the workshop. We will also provide transportation from the airport to the hotel and back, if requested. If you wish for us to pick you up from the airport, please send us your flight information in advance and notify us in case of any schedule changes.
Parking:
There are a limited number of visitor parking spaces to the right when you enter the main campus from the Floyd Curl entrance. A map is available. Contact Virgil Schirf for questions regarding parking fees. If you require airport transportation please make arrangmements with our staff.
